Brewing Method
Hot Infusion:
Add 1–2 teaspoons of Jambakatan leaves to 250 ml of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on desired strength. Strain and enjoy.
Stronger Brew (Traditional Style):
Simmer 1 tablespoon of leaves in 500 ml of water for 10–15 minutes. Strain before serving.
Iced Tea:
Brew double strength using the hot infusion method, allow to cool, then pour over ice. Sweeten or add citrus if desired
